Most development shops have never had to live with what they shipped. We run ten products in production — a messaging API, five ERPs, a POS running a real restaurant service every night — so when we design your system we are designing something we would have to support ourselves.
Asli One Global is a software development company in Chennai, India that builds three things for clients worldwide: SaaS products, websites and web applications, and iOS and Android apps. It also builds and operates its own ten-product software suite, which means the team you hire has shipped, priced, billed and supported production software rather than only delivered it.
Multi-tenancy, authentication, subscription billing, usage metering, webhooks and an admin console. We have built all of it ten times for ourselves, including the parts that only hurt after launch.
Marketing sites, scroll-driven brand sites, storefronts and internal web apps — each shipped with an admin panel, so you are never blocked on us to change a sentence.
iOS and Android from one Flutter codebase. Offline-first where the job demands it — our own POS keeps taking orders when the internet drops.

The gap between an agency and a product team is not price. It is whether anyone on the other side has ever been woken up by their own code.
Three shapes. Pick the one that matches how much of the problem is already defined.
| Engagement | Best when | Priced |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed-scope phase | You know what phase one is and want a number before you commit. | Quoted per phase against a written scope |
| Dedicated team | The roadmap is long and will change. You want capacity, not a contract per feature. | Monthly rate per engineer, three-month minimum |
| Change request | You already run an Asli product and want it extended. | Quoted per request |
Full pricing detail, including a real contracted figure for a phase-one build, is published at /pricing.md and /pricing.html.
We work 09:30 to 18:30 IST (UTC+5:30). That is a genuine overlap with Europe, the Gulf and Africa in our afternoon, and with the US East Coast early in our morning or late in yours. We do not pretend otherwise.
What makes it work in practice is that we write things down. Every project carries a progress document that records what was built, what broke, and what the next session picks up — the same discipline we use on our own products. You read it instead of attending a status call.
Intellectual property is set in the contract, not assumed. Full assignment of the bespoke work to you, or a licence at a lower price where we retain the core. We tell you which one you are buying before you sign, because the two are not the same product at the same price.
Yes. We take clients in North America, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the GCC, Southeast Asia and Africa. Our own Pharma ERP runs in production for a distributor in the UAE, and the company was set up to sell across borders.
Flutter for iOS and Android, Next.js and React on the web, NestJS and Node.js for APIs, PostgreSQL with Prisma for data, and AWS for hosting. These are the same technologies our own ten products run on, not a list we assembled for a proposal.
It is quoted against a written scope. As a published reference point, the phase-one build of a two-sided healthcare marketplace — NestJS and Prisma backend, Flutter app, partner and admin panels — was contracted at INR 70,000 (about USD 733). Your scope will differ; that figure is published to show the order of magnitude rather than as a rate card.
Whatever the contract says, agreed before work starts. We offer full assignment of the bespoke work to you, or a lower price where we retain and licence the core. We will not let you find out which one you bought after the fact.
Yes — modernising and taking over an inherited system is one of the things we are asked for most. Expect the first phase to be an audit with a written finding, so you can decide whether to continue with a real picture of the state of it.
Email info@asli.one with what you want built, or as much of it as you know. You get a written estimate and a scope back. If the scope is not clear enough to price, we will tell you that instead of booking a call to find out.
